If you noticed I've not really been uploading much but streaming more, it's because I've been getting back into the swing of live sketch stream commissions again!
I'm... shocked still at the sheer amount of interest for those, thank you!! ;w; I hope to keep it up and make it somewhat consistent again (maybe about two times a week, days differ depending on our RL schedule).
GONNA ADMIT... I think the driving force for that is because I've been procrastinating on finished bigger projects (the idea of shading fur right now is making me feel very tired).
But I'm doing my best to get through the final throes of my to-do list - now I just need to complete the Custom Ko-Fi Project from February, and finish a YCH, as well as getting another full-render ready to go for colouring. I haven't felt ready to jump in and get those done as fast as I'd like, but baby steps are still good, right? And the sketch streams have been forcing me to sit and work and I can turn off my brain working on much smaller chunks of work. It's been good! And I can see my improvement overall too!
So yeah, clearing my list has taken me longer than I wanted, but between settling at the new home/getting my workspace/life engagements/LOTS of startup cost/resting when I can (cos I probably burned out for a bit there), and only taking on what I can handle, my headspace is definitely feeling the relief of my to-do list slowly reducing. It's amazing what it does to the mental health of a scatterbrain like me! I so so SO want that fresh start after seeing how crazy the past 6 months have been.
With that being said... I SHOULD be able to open for MAIN/CUSTOM commissions again in June...?! I recommend folks keep an eye out for journals as there's no specific date but I would like to make it happen soon.
