я сам только недавно кое как выхожу из худшего состояния, сложно смотреть на мир с более позитивной стороны, но умение жить и находить хорошие вещи среди этого мрака невероятно важно, как и собственная жизнь, ты достойна лучшего.
позитив тут вряд ли поможет, лично мне помогает только реализм и любовь к себе
