When they decided that the winner will be decided by "public voting", didn't they think that the top prize may not go to the best submission, but to the popufur with the most fans?

There's a reason in modern posts, they don't let people comment.

They know what they're doing is stupid, they know people would tell them it's stupid, but they're gonna do it anyway, because it's not about the contest, it's about getting free promotions for the site.
