Not working as intended

So after surgery and living for two months with that horrible stent... it's back to hospital for me.
Two weeks ago they removed the stent but the kidney's swelling didn't become less. After today's x-rays I know the darn thing is still not working like it's supposed to, so tomorrow morning I have another surgery.
Sucks.
