Maybe you should try some YCHs with a variety of postures.
Maybe try drawing some popular fictional characters as well, Like Roxanne Wolf, Legoshi or maybe even Sonic. That usually helps get some recognition from the people that are surfing the site.

As for new poses, You could try "Slice of life" postures. Characters doing mundane things like watering plants, Eating food, Studying, Playing with their friends etc.
