Movies alongside streams?
    a year ago
            Hey! Question!
I recently got myself a dvd player for my computer (god damn modern designs got no disk players)
And got my hands on a little handful of horror movies (more to come in the mail, too)
Would people perhaps be interested in streams that have movies playing along, too? It would obscure the art itself a bit I'm afraid but could be a nice entertainment on the side for those who like to watch stuff. I'd try make sure there are subtitles but some of these are norwegian releases and thus only have scandinavian subtitles.
Some movies I've got that I feel are worth to note are;
The Alien Trilogy (ripley my beloved..)
Frankenstein (the legacy collection)
The Lost Boys
House of Wax
Friday the 13th (2009 version, I'm waiting for some of the 1980s version to come in the mail)
Hideo's Ringu (aka the original The Ring)
Hellraiser trilogy collection
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Braindead (horror comedy with zombies)
I have other DVDs as well like the Silver Fang series! Although no english subtitles on those I'm afraid nor english dub, its either danish, norwegian or japanese but can be a fun thing to watch if you just want to look at dogs fighting bears!
Let me know what you think and feel free to give movie recommendations, I'm partial to horror movies and will keep an eye out for them when I go to this old movie shop at times!
Movies I'm waiting for in the mail are;
John's Carpenter The Thing (the og and a favorite of mine)
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Firday the 13th (the 1980 and 1981 movies so 1 n 2)
Bram Stoker's Dracula

Me oh my! Well, I'll hafta play it safe, can probably find means to do it thru discord or smth instead
Most streaming services need to cover their ass with that, sadly :c
Discord miiiiight be more lenient I guess? I'm not entirely sure xwx
I'm sure if I'm just streaming movies in private spots it's more lenient since that's more akin to having friends over to watch movies together rather than more publicly available spots
