[STORY] End of Mercenary Duty - Book I

Hey everyone!
Mercenary Duty: Off Guard has been shared in its entirety! Thank you to those who followed the chapter release throughout the week and for your feedback :) I hope you enjoyed this week of frequent updates!
If you haven't checked it out yet, no worries, it's here to stay! You can read about Fenri's long day in that imperial war camp, meeting Kothu, a whole bunch of mercenaries, and struggling with his interest in the big lizardman whenever you want. You can start reading from Chapter 1 here, or use the Chapter Selection header/footer to go to the chapter of your choice. Take your time, it's a meaty one :) (I went over 100 of pages total during the proofreading pass, woohoo!)

I've worked a lot on this story over the past two months, so I appreciate every one of you taking the time to read it. I'm extremely thankful for every person leaving their thoughts about what they enjoyed in the comment section of each chapter, as it helps me craft future stories <3
I have first ideas for Book II, but it will certainly not be out before a long time haha. I also want to work on Out 2 first, if only to change of universe :)
But before that!!! I'll now rest a bit and think of an ideal date when to open story commissions, which should be rather soon. I'll warn you when I have a date set, but if some of you are interested, get your ideas ready for it! You can check info about the commission price/process on my commission tab here on FA. And if you miss the four slots, depending on how these first four go, I might open again once I'm done, hopefully without a 6 year gap this time haha.
