Hospice care

She doesn't really need "Care" just yet, she is just getting on in years and wants to spend more time with family before she is gone.

Understandable but it will be needed mainlu for your mental health, i had to go through that since most of my family made me feel guilty for getting hospice care saying i needed to be with my mother 24/7 to the point they wanted me to quit my job. Your mental health is important too, if there is family near by then have them help too, don't do it alone

Schedule it regularly, like weekly/monthly (whatever suits you) etc, gives her a time/date to look forwards to instead of being left wondering.

It doesnt have to be a big thing all the time, i spend some time once a week getting a coffee with my Mum, the little things count.

Consider a more involved outing eventually as well, a holiday or something, a moment she can treasure. It might be hard but it will definitely have a big impact on her.

Its really hard to give any advice for stuff like this over the internet, talk with someone in person or even heck, ask her. Tell her its hard to juggle work and give her a lot of extra time, maybe she can help out even, if it means spending some time with you.
