Further updates on prices and TOS

I have further updated my TOS and commission prices preparing to be more active with comms.

Removed a few lines that's no longer in use incuding:
Line removed: About me giving texture files, they are now included in commission including materials for easy setup in unity. (Substance painter/model files will not be given.)
I have also no created a Carrd link and a Trello page:
