Also, don't feel guilty about the pricing! I'm not an expert on commissions by any means, so maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think they were too expensive before? If you don't get very many it might be some other reason.

There might be some confusion surrounding the kofimissions and the regular commissions, especially since the regular commissions load in later and take longer to scroll down to. Maybe some people don't realize there's a distinction between these two and they'd rather ask for something really specific but they don't look further out of disappointment. I think it'd be better to clarify fully in the journal entries that the regular commissions allow more specifications.

Also, probably a good idea to include your for business email in the journal entry for extra measure and clarify that you consider commissions as business related, that way if anyone is still confused they can email you and get a response right away! I know it's on your profile but people might not think to look there if they came here from the journal notifications. Some people might not want to bother you by reaching out through the wrong channel and giving them the go-ahead clears that up. Kofi asks for a donation to contact you so this should help, especially since you don't check FA as often (and for some reason there's no way to set FA to send emails which I just checked cuz I wanted to see if I could get it to send me comment replies but... well I can't find a way lol.) :3

I can't edit and while I do realize people can comment on FA, I was just offering some suggestions that I thought could help since I noticed some of the past journal entries had no comments. My guess was people visited the Kofi then simply left both pages (or maybe tried reaching out through a different site.) But everything is speculation on my part; I might have the wrong idea.
