To be able to spend it with me or someone nice.
I hate all of that!
Spending time with friends or family is nice. Giving cards is nice. Giving a gift that you made yourself is nice.
But it's not like that anymore here in this country. It is like we are all just cogs in a great machine of consumption, required to purchase in order to keep our economy sputtering along.
