Images for solo characters with simple backgrounds start around 180$, more or less depending on the complexity of skin/scale/fur pattern and clothing.
Price can go up to 280$ depending on if a background is desired, or a little less if only a prop or simple object in a simple scene is wanted.
There is also an option for a good-quality sketch for 50$
