Status Update: Game Development #2

General
I'm still hard at work on my game, Grabbus! Since my last journal, I've made great progress. A TON of sweat has gone into this.
There are less than 6 months left until I release whatever I have as a free demo, so this is the "halfway point" from when I quit my job to accelerate development.
In its current state, Grabbus is already very playable, stable, and optimized, with enough options, systems, and mechanics in place to potentially keep testers busy for a small while.
There is still a need for additional "filling" of these systems for it to reach its full potential.
More enemies, items, weapon traits, decoration, NPCs, tile sets, variations of this and that...
Commissioned original sound effects and music ARE coming in bit-by-bit and they sound great!
The next major task for demo-readiness is a tutorial. With that, I'll feel much more comfortable showing off the game in whatever low-content condition it may be in.
After THAT, it's basically a home run until demo day! I'll add as much as I can until then and wrap it up nice for you!!
Also in my plans are to get some NEW video footage out as soon as I can so more of you can see the game in motion.
I couldn't be more proud of how Grabbus is growing. Please wait patiently while I get it polished and ready for its first showing!!!

I really look forward to trying out a demo when it's ready
Can't wait to see how you bring it all together!
I believe people will be saying things like "It is not possible for one person to have made this... Where is he hiding the elves?"
