I have a question: is the scraps option public? That is, if I upload something and put it in scraps, is it public?

It's gonna be public only to the ones who follow you, they will see it on their submission feed, but it won't be visible on your regular gallery, one would have to go to your profile, then to the Scraps section to see the pic
