How did the surgery go, if you're interested. I thought that they would simply cut off the meat tissue from the top of my palate and sew it to my gums, but no....

What follows is not a very pleasant story, so it’s better not to read if you feel bad.


They scraped my gums away from my teeth, leaving huge holes between my teeth and gums. Imagine that they insert all sorts of iron things under your gums and push them away. I was injected with painkillers about 7 times, 2-4 injections each. Then, yes, they cut off the top of the palate, quite a large piece. And they put 7 stitches on the bottom and 3 on top. Today everything hurts and is very swollen, but overall I'm fine 👊🏻🥲
