It's me, the funny guy who runs this account and the only one who will because I am not a joint venture I am Kevin and I make the art here. Just wanted to make this journal as a little status update and maybe even a little advert for my own Discord (looks at discord link) mostly because the server is public, and always open to new faces so long as you're a grown adult with a sense of humility and compassion wowowo. Before I get into how I'm doing though I would like to first say something pretty awesome and then something controversial to the rest of this journal so bear with me here because I'm not going to be that gentle-

So that was the pretty awesome take I have, now that you've read something dumb hopefully that will have softened the blow of this for you! I am changing my commission rates in its entirety again! I have realized with the next topic after this one that I can't really value my art so low anymore, as much as I don't want to do this, I've also realized the utility of money cannot be ignored especially when I'm still living in California. So when the time comes after I finish these last few commissions I have left on my list that I keep manually updated, I will come out with a new, more refined commissions sheet showing off examples of each tier of artwork I will be selling, their prices, additional features, and whatever else. This does not affect the prices of the current to-do list though. So until the prices have been updated I'm charging them at the current rate I have listed down. The biggest change will probably be that I am no longer going to be doing my 10 USD for 2 Sketches deal, it will now be (most likely) 20 USD for 2 Sketches! (25usd if I feel like that's still too low, but I mean come on a $40 Value for half price you gotta love that--) My TOS of you NOT paying me until the artwork is done will still remain in effect permanently, don't worry about that. I don't want your money until I finish my work!

Relevant to this, I am leaving... California. That's right, I'm moving out come October of this year, this state sucks and the last of my reasons for living in my current residence has been scrubbed clean of everything I love about it. Which is something not worth getting into on a public journal but just know Joy4Tea is sad now. But yeah I'm moving out of here to the dreaded state of Ohio- now see if you flinched at that because your first thought was "Ohio?! That's where all the spooky cryptids live!" then that means you're still a minor and I want you to grow the fuck up Ohio memes are overrated as balls and have overhyped the state beyond reason. I guarantee nobody who lives in Ohio genuinely relates to your galpha tiktok skibidi memes (vomits hatefully at you) also if you're a minor get the fuck out of here I don't want you here fuck you. Anyway I can't wait to leave, this place sucks- I shit you not there is almost nothing good about California, and that smidgeon of something good is very, VERY slim. (It's probably IT'S ITS, those are nice, I used to live by the factory) If you live somewhere near Ohio and I know you to a fond degree hey we should hang out sometime wowowo-

Project Michael is . . . dubiously going, see I wanted to have a prepared alpha to show off by now but things are rough over here don't worry we'll have something eventually but for now your patience is more than enough. I refuse to hype you up on screenshots and promises alone.

Artwork wise, I am thriving, ever since I found an airbrush I've been tweaking it every so often just to get the right settings on it for soft shading and rendering when it comes to my artwork. Sometimes it's a struggle, but that's mostly because of how "gain" works in drawpile. Drawpile's new client update is fucking miserable actually, it completely reset all of my settings and I had to remake my UI from scratch- but the new animation support is cool, too bad I can no longer open up GIFs with drawpile ha ha ha ha >:K but the airbrush is really carrying itself with all this newer stuff I've made. I've actually got more work to post but I wanted to take a long break just to write down these thoughts and share them publicly with you guys.

Speaking of public, My Discord! You can find me there all the time, be it random voice calls and streams, general topics, where I post art before it goes on here, you name it. Do I have a secret channel where I talk about controversial things? Arguably, sure! At least it's not *cubs* you're never going to see me do that shit, I am 24 years old right now and have a reputation to uphold as the local guy you hang out with just because he's kinda chill like that frfr. Recently (midnight) I updated my steam workshop collection for YOMI Hustle, a game that is the equivalent of Stick Figure Anime Fights and Chess (and its system is patented, too!) and it's a fantastic game for if you just wanna have cool anime fights with friends because it records every move in real time and plays the whole fight as an animation at the end of the match. The amount of cool workshop characters on it drives me insane, hell I just found someone who's now my new main, which is funny because I still main Pyrex but DAMN! this character was made for me.

Oh one last thing, before I leave, a little thank you for taking your time and reading through all of this I appreciate it it means alot to me. This is proof alone that you have the capability of playing Yugioh since you can actually read long paragraphs of text and comprehend them *enough*- as for the rest of your that

But yeah for reading all of this, taking a moment of your time, thank you! For the actual last thing, I'm still working on my MegaMan RPG themed DND system! Really I've already made functional card bases just so I can make everything, so what do I really need now? I need artwork, lots of it. And while I can totally draw everything, making 100 pictures for card assets ontop of making *the card* finalized for playtesting is very exhausting and you can assume I'm not too motivated to make all of them. If you want to help, not only do I appreciate it but I'd even be willing to pay for it if you wanna negotiate something with me up front!
