For human and anthro:

Start out with a male.

Add a smaller waist, make the thighs thicker, make the facial features sharper, and make the tops of the eyes/eyelashes sharper longer. See the females in my gallery for examples.

The Empathy character in your gallery is already a good example. Run with that.

in general, the female shoulders are narrower, the torso is shorter, and the hips are wider (specifically the inguinal crease has a wider angle, while males are sharper and narrower). i would be happy to red line if it would be any use to you!
