update: july 13th 2024

hey guys, sorry for the lack of meaningful output, its been a rather bad year for me and haven't been in good headspace. i did some image stories to try and keep myself from stagnating but its def been rough still motivating myself to write. was definitely not expecting 2024 to be such a uppercut to my mental and physical health.
i am still working albeit slow as the motivation comes in waves these days. apologies to sound like a broken record at this point.

Remember the general stuff, good friends/community, good rest, proper exercise (it sounds sappy, but many scientifically linked studies have found strangely high links to depression vs happiness with meaningful relationships, irl or not. sunlight, lots of fresh oxygen/hiking/swimming/camping. Proper sleep. And natural mood boosters like Tumeric + black pepper to boost absorption > Dark chocolate. There's a chemical like circumin that actually blocks some depressive pain receptors. Plenty of random stuff is quack (cough, citrus peel weight loss pills, 5000% vitamin c pills.).
But multivitamins, good rest, good friends, good community, taking time for body, good finances and exercise, there's a lot in 2024 and unwinding is alright.
