Feel physically worse

With my chronic sickness with all chronic diseases feel only worse.
I'm very thankful for patience, my health issues dont let me work as earlier - faster. I'm often just can't stand up from my bad. :(

I hope I will feel at least a little better soon to do some work. I know about time and so on, I'm very sorry that I'm slower. Just lay and crying. I don't know why this all is happening with me.
