Looking for Retro Cartoon Designer Artist for VHS Cover

Mindset currently:
Working on a project to find a retro character design artist for a front and back cover of a fake VHS of Minerva Mink as a Jungle Girl.
Like for example, these artists for reference on the quality artwork I need:
kosperry, sundaysfunzone, Retro-Kay StanMort, BreakoutForever, and Fureverick
One out of 6 is not good odds for me to find someone like them.
Any help is appreciated sometime, before I have to go to a Convention at FAN EXPO Canada later in August to have Rob Paulsen autograph them.
I already got 2 screencaps that I had previously commissioned in the past. Any help is appreciated sometime as quick as possible.

I'd recomend Rockosedits
They are do 90s cartoon style arts and animation
But unfortunately I'm looking for an artist that can do front and back cover from character illustration designs like Kosperry's works for example.
