Comm info + reopening update!

Finished updating my comm pricing and other terms/info! You can find it all on my Carrd page here: https://keffotin.carrd.co
The biggest change is that I've raised most of my rates by ~50% (a very long overdue adjustment, thank you for understanding), and I also removed the old emote category (since people rarely ask for those on this account), but there are some other small tweaks I've made in a few places for better clarity about the submission process as well.
My plan is to reopen next Wednesday! (unless my computer explodes or something when I fail miserably at replacing a CPU fan later this week. fingers crossed that won't happen tho)
