This absolute legend died on the date 13 July 2024 (age of 76 years).
This wonderful man brought so much energy into the workout routine, he was even parodied in shows, but I'll always remember that smile and this quote. "“I have spent time just reflecting on my life. All of the books I wrote, the videos. I never was like, 'Oh look what I've done.' My thing was, 'Oh, look how many people I helped.'”.
