Pc problems :/

Just my luck..my pc with all my art files decided to give me problems and me not knowing a thing about pcs has no clue how to fix it ;3;
Currently my pc is stuck on start up screen and says preparing automatic repair “ but it dosent load or do anything it is forever stuck preparing .
As I am unable to get to my files on my pc I won’t be able to give out some adopt files until I can fix my pc or get someone to come out and look at it ;w;
I will however be able to work on my laptop but only with what little files I have on there since I never use my laptop lol.
If anyone knows how I might be able to fix this or give some tips please do!; w; I am so stressed out from this issue!!

I will most likely have to get someone out to fix it for me but first gotta save up for that ;_;
