so i found out i have a pinched nerve which been cuasing pain and movment problems on my right side for a few months been rough
as tried different meds, physio, etc
seems like my back is doing okay after surgery
had a checkup yesterday
managed to get a nerve block injection at the hospital
really hope this helps me

Is physio the same as massage therapy? I'm wondering if you tried it because maybe i'm overlooking that.
feel me too not good if someone somebody had that smoke extreme. must wait and then move he away.
