I learned the hard way, that "free" does not always mean GOOD, in games and software. In this case? I'm talking about RP software that doesn't work right.

So far? Here's a list of what I advise avoiding, among those that are free and have an excellent basic idea, but don't work right. (And WHY...not to force or demand people to change? But to avoid these software choices AT LEAST temporarily, when it comes to private, offline RP with chatbots.)
