Hm, could be a couple things. I'd recommend power-cycling your modem/router. Unplug it, leave it off for about 10 counts of Mississippi, then power it on and then your computer. If you use wireless, maybe right-click on the Wireless Network icon in your task bar, then try Troubleshoot problems. Maybe the network adapters need a reset. Give those a try, and if it's a consistent issue you might want to call your Internet Service Provider about the modem/router or visit a geek squad/best buy to have them look at the laptop's wireless antenna or network adapter.

Did the power recycling thing for 30 seconds, 5 minutes, 40 minutes, and a few hours; nothing.

The computer "can't identify the problem". The wifi for the phone says "limited connection", even with full reception in the house, still won't load any pages.

There's no tech services up the mountain where I live, so the nearest geek squad equivalent is about 38+ miles away; pretty sure out of range, but I can call them next time they are open. Could call the ISP on Monday, but my in-laws next door aren't having any problems, so I doubt it's on the ISP end. But still, worth a call on Monday.

It's effecting both the wifi on the phones /as well/ as the hard-wired Xbox and computers. Looks like it's receiving data but not sending it to the devices.

It's an oooollllddddd modem model, so could just be dying. Looking to replace it soon as I can afford one.

Dang, sorry to hear none of that worked. Yeah, most computer equipment ages in dog years so if it's an older model it could be due a replacement.

Was using phone in roaming, and it can function normally. It popped it's wifi back on, connected to the modem, glitched up with a double post. Turned the wifi back off and now I can edit this. *Sigh*

Maybe your ISP was affected by the recent tech issue to plague the world? Could be many things to be honest, but Experiment there has a good suggestion.

Possible, but inlaws have the same ISP next door and theirs is fine :(
