The moment you commission me you have entered a binding contract that states you have read and accepted everything stated in my terms of service.
Adult commissions for minors are strictly prohibited, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Commissions may be rejected at any time and for no reason.
Visual references are acceptable, written references may not be accepted.
If the reference provided isn't suitable enough, your order will be declined.
If I am inexperienced in certain art themes you will be notified and given the option to change.

All questions or concerns referring to my business (Art) is to be directed thru my Manager. Due to constant influx of messages and my full time job, my manger handles all communications for timely responses, as well as to ensure quality customer service.

Payments must be made in full before I start.
Payments MUST be sent as Goods and Services with no shipping checked, if you do not abide by these rules Your order will be refused.
You will have 24 hours to pay, if you don't you will lose your spot in my queue and it may hinder future orders.
━━━━━━━━━━━ Commission Updates ━━━━━━━━━━━
All updates will be shown on my queue. If you have concerns, please reach out to my manager.
When your commission is the next, you will be informed you are next in the queue. Multiple WIPs will be provided.
I can and will at times work on multiple commissions at 1 time. Please do not spam my manager with questions about it. If you are told your commission is being worked on currently, then it is currently being worked on.
━━━━━━━━━━━ TIME FRAME ━━━━━━━━━━━
Wait time varies but on average should not exceed 3 months. I do work a full time job outside being an artist. Most commissions should be completed within 30 days after receiving payment.
If longer time is required you will be notified.
Orders are usually done in the order they are received, but not always.
Special event images (birthday, anniversary) that are on a due date, require at minimum a month notice. NO rushed commissions.
If Sketch is not approved or you request a refund pose can and will be sold as a YCH.
If inactivity is a possibility, prior notice is required.
━━━━━━━━━━━ REFUNDS ━━━━━━━━━━━
Order canceling is acceptable before and during the sketching phase.
If canceled before approving the Sketch a full refund is available.
If your commission has passed the sketching phase, full refunds are not permitted, a small fee will be taken out equal to how much I have done on the piece.
Artwork is non-refundable once completed.
REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Meaning, I use this money to help with bills, so if you request a refund it can take up to 1 month to process.
━━━━━━━━━━━ COPY RIGHTS ━━━━━━━━━━━
I hold copyright over my artwork.
You may NOT remove my watermarks or my signatures from art pieces.
I have the right to refuse customers asking for non-watermarked versions. Very rarely will I accept non-watermarked versions to be handed out.
I have the right to post up my artwork if I see fit.
I have the right to sell my art as prints or in art books, UNLESS stated otherwise at time of commissioning.
DO NOT use my art as a way of income (prints,tracing, ..etc).
You may print out artwork for personal use.
You may re-post my work but please give credit.
