What's Other mean in the User Counter?

Just noticed the spike in online users at the bottom go up by a lot this past week.
Example: 241912 Users online — 2097 guests, 16494 registered and 223321 other
Anyone know what INSERTNUMBERHERE other means?? guests I assume means they don't have an account, registered, yes. But other?

The internet is a scary place. Though probably only a few of them are AI-related stuff, most are just applications built by people, like Telegram notifiers and such.
