A misuse of my bases, be careful

This is just to bring light to a thing that someone alerted me to, " Xx~Spooky~xX " spliced many of my bases and added a tail to make a new base and she's (she/her according to her profile as of 20/7/2024) selling it as her own on ko-fi. This is just me saying that you can do comms, customs, adoptables, personal use characters but //NOT to use my bases to create a new base to sell//.

Try to cancel her
This is just an anouncement of something you shouldn't do with my bases, more like a "please" thing, I messaged her and she blocked me, my husband sent a message to and didn't even open the note but continued posting so we tried contacting her without sucsess, if you know her personally please tell her to not do that but AGAIN don't flood her with messages and whatever, THIS IS NOT A HATE CAMPAIGN!!!!!

This is something a lot of scammers don't understand, they're so used to thinking about how to do something the easy way that they end up spinning their wheels.
Agreed, though. Scammers tend to not be the smartest bunch, despite managing to trick people.
bases give a lot of people access to making great characters they otherwise might struggle with
it sucks people take advantage
I know you dont want to do this obviously. But for someone like this who refuses to stop and will continue stealing your work, or the work of others. Sometimes a DMCA and possible legal action are the only way.
I agree with a previous comment about DMCA takedown, and possibly further legal action.
