Updating TOS and open commissions

I am finally back from vacation and I want to announce a few things:

2. In a couple of months, there will be an increase in commission prices, on average by 20 percent. Sorry for the inconvenience.
3. And I am opening commissions!!! The prices are the same, you can see here. If you have any questions, you can contact me via notes, discord or telegram!
