I just want to let people out there know that yes, there are riots going on in my country at the moment, and no I'm not in any immediate danger. It appears to be happening mostly in the northern part of the country but I'm nowhere near that.

I have no idea how long it will last, or whether the violence will spread over to where I live, so I'm hoping that it won't. I also want to say that if any of you are in the UK where this is happening, I am praying for your safety and I hope things blow over soon.
