So, last night.... this whole news shocked all of us. 
Dragoneer, the owner of this site died. It's..... some of the most shocking news this year.
This site is how a lot of us got our start and now we lose the owner. I have chatted with the boss man once or twice. I have even had him fave a few commissions I asked for.
I knew he was getting sick because he was mentioning it on Twitter. But to die of lung cancer and with immense debt to have to pay in bulk. Man......
Look, you can say what you want about him, but it's because of people like him, we have this site and a lot of us got our start here. So, rest in peace, Dragoneer.

I always loved how much he supported smaller artists. He liked and shared my art a few times on Twitter. I wish I spoke to him more. I loved how close he was with the fat fur community especially. I was always conflicted in reaching out to him in DMs, but I always appreciated having him as a follower, it felt like such an honor having him as someone who actually liked my art. The furry fandom wont be the same without him. Losing both him AND Sy Sable in the same year is fucking insane. I'm still processing the news. Lung cancer (if that is what he had) is one of the hardest cancers to battle, especially after it metastasizes. Who knows, maybe he would have a chance to beat it if the healthcare system was better. Maybe it was already too late. I just wish things were different. He is gone way too soon.
