While I never knew him personally, FA has been a part of my life for ages.
FA literally is the reason I am able to work as an artist today.
Providing the furry community with such a bedrock place to call home after all these years... I cannot express my appreciation for that enough.
And he really REALLY did not deserve to pass on the way he did. It's honestly heart-wrenching and sickening.
I've never been much good at putting thoughts/feelings into words, so I'll just say that even if I didn't know him or ever personally speak with him, my heart breaks at this news.
With him having been the owner of FA, I don't know what the future looks like here.
FA has been such a steady constant for so long, I'd hate to see it pass on as well.
But until we hear more from management, there is no reason to get too worked up over that.
In the meantime, I say everyone just take some time to .... I dunno mourn, grieve, get your thoughts sorted. Maybe call or hug a loved one today?
This month has already started rocky, so I probably should take some time to just FIGURE SHIT OUT anyway.
More regular comms and content soon, hopefully.
