Rest in peace.
I joined this site in college on a whim. I had always been into anthros but had never known that there was a word for it, much less an entire community. I called this place home for many many years. Had many ups and downs and eventually left the community for a few years.
On a whim, a couple months ago, I came back. I'm not nearly as active as I once was, and I'm not sure I ever will be again. I hope so, one day, to make new friends in this community, or rekindle old ones.
All this to say that I owe a lot to this site. I officially got serious about drawing thanks to this community. I pushed myself to improve and learn new things and I wouldn't be the artist I am today without it. If it wasn't for FA, I wouldn't have felt safe coming out as a trans man a decade ago. So. Rest in peace, Dragoneer, and thank you for everything. We will never forget you or everything you've done for this community. All of my thoughts and condolences to his friends and family.
