Also I just moved into my friend arzie's house. In New Brunswick.
he inherited a gigantic house on 100 acres by the ocean and he's pretty alone... so I thought maybe I would find a girl roommate who would like to help me make this a homestead next year. and I would hire her for to be an employee for my fursuit making business and help me make an income so I can pay my friend back for all the top quality equipment to make said business. and also I'd be renting the basement as a studio and paying said roomate enough to pay for the room and make their own projects with the equipment. The house has been renovated to be in top shape even though it's built in the 1800s. We live next to a Native Reserve and I would like to learn a lot more about the native plants and edible food on the property

So if you know any creative girls that need a safe housing situation.. No kids.. no alcohol or men are allowed to live here.. I can hire them to make fursuits with me. And there's still time for hot girls summer on the ocean :))
