This a late journal on Dragoneer's death. But better late than never. I wrote this letter while I was at work. To type here in my journal. I try not to make it too long. But bear with me. My grammar isn't the best when I'm writing/talking. But this is a temporary journal that I may leave up for a while. So here it goes.

Dragoneer was a good example. Of what to do & what not to do. I'm not saying he's a bad person. But I can't say he's a good person either. In my eyes he's a decent person. Just because he had skeletons that he let out of his closet. Doesn't mean that all of us have skeletons in our closets. That could be let out one day if were not too careful. Its scary to think about because no one knows. Who's going to be next drama king/queen or have their dark secrets reveal. Unless you show your true nature. Then that's on you.

Back in June. Marks 15 years of me being in the furry fandom. Within those years I've heard more "Cons" than pros from him. Whenever the furry fandom or my friends talked about him. Which is rarely a good sign. I'm not gonna lie. I would prefer to hear more positive than negative. Only because I'm getting annoyed hearing the negative side more often from people. But I can't change that.

All I can say that Dragoneer was a decent & cool person to me. I never met or talk to him. But he did faved one of my arts. Back in 2021. And I don't think I ever got the chance to thank him. I did sketch a gift art of his OC back in 2017. But never finished or showed it to him. This is what happens when you come from a forgetful family. Or be a forgetful person as a whole. Heh.

In the end. This is how I see Dragoneer.

Is he a hero? No.
Is he a villain? No.
Is he a saint? No.

All I see from him. Is a person who got the job done. Made the choice. The community react/respond to it. From the good, the bad, & the ugly. Which usually how it goes. Then from there on. We made the decision on how we see it. And how it effects all of us. Most people will remember him being good. But other people will remember him being bad. And last remaining people like me. Well I would like to remember him as a decent, respectful, & cool person in the community.

For my last words. Thanks for being a cool person Dragoneer. And making an impact in the furry community. Hope the afterlife is treating you well there.
