TERMS OF SERVICE
“I” refers to the artist: MDPLordFae, MagicDawn, or Magic Dawn Productions
“Client” or “the client” refers to the commissioner of any art from the artist
These terms are non-exhaustive and subject to change at any time. Any changes affecting an ongoing commission will be discussed directly with the client.
What I will draw:
Just about anything, SFW or NSFW, as long as it isn’t on the list below. Ask if you’re not sure!
What I will NOT draw:
-Racist, homophobic, transphobic, or other obviously hateful themes (this includes raceplay and similar kinks)
-Realistic bestiality/feral NSFW
-Cub/loli/pedo themes
-Extreme or realistic scat/vomit/filth
Payment
-For pieces over $150, half is due upfront (before or after initial sketch at artist’s discretion) and remaining half is due after completion.
-For pieces under $100, the full amount is due upfront.
Payment is currently through PayPal invoice but may change.
After the art is started, I reserve the right to refuse refunds.
Prices are subject to change at any time with notice to current or prospective commissioners.
Schedule
I will begin the sketch phase whenever I choose, from the moment that negotiations have begun.
I will send updates as I finish each stage or come close to it. Drawing stages may include:
-Sketch
-Cleanup/outline
-Flat colors
-Shading
-Highlights/polishing
Each stage includes ONE free adjustment, within reason. Anything that drastically changes the art will add 10% of the base total, and any extra adjustments will add 5%.
I can prompt any adjustments for free if I choose.
More complex pieces take longer. I will try to finish the art within 1-2 months at most. Reasonable deadlines may be agreed upon by both parties if applicable.
Artwork/license rights
Art is free to use/publish in almost any non-commercial way, as long as credit to MagicDawn, MDPLordFae, or Magic Dawn Productions is given.
Art may be used for some commercial purposes (i.e. reselling, merch, marketing, etc.) for a royalty fee of 30%.
Art may NOT be altered by the client in any way without the artist’s explicit consent. (This does not include writing accompanying stories: those are always allowed and welcome!)
Art may NOT be used to train AI or for any crypto/NFT based project.
The artist retains all rights to the art, and may publish or use it in any way so long as it does not claim ownership of the featured characters.
