He was an important member of our community. I wish only the best for his family and I hope he rests in peace. You having known him closely must be in deep turmoil at the moment with such a sudden passing of your best friend and I can't imagine what you're going through. Just remember you are not alone and there is people you can reach out to if you need any help. I offer my deepest sympathies.
I can't help but wonder what happened, this is all just so sudden.

I wish I got to know him more, and to clear up a misunderstanding I've never explained a while back when he judged me, and to commission him his sweet style one day...

But, it's just so sudden to hear he's gone, I can only wish that he has inspired a lot of people and that his memory will last a lifetime to everyone

It feels like a pillar has been knocked out of the whole community. He was a shining light within the community, and I feel did more for it than most realize. At least that's how I feel. I hope you, Maven, and everybody who was close with him have people supporting you. You all are hurting the most I'm sure.

We may not know each other, but I've lurked and followed you and him for close to a decade now. I'm happy to have gotten to know him the tiniest bit, literally just last month. He was so generous and so nice to me, even though we had never met until then. Goes to show what kind of person he was.
