AC broken all week

Since the start of the week indoor temperatures begin at 81F in the morning and reach in the high 80s by sunset.
Landlord/maintenance have been dragging their feet, with me asking the landlord what happened and her acting surprised they didn't show up and God knows when they actually will.
It's been impossible to work as you can imagine. I'm forced to wait it out before I can properly pick up pace again. And it's been raining a lot the past two days so humidity has shot straight up. Yippie.
Apologies for the delays!
There can also be allowances where if they fail to fix the issue you can get it fixed by a third party and bill them. Or be allowed to just refuse to pay rent until it's fixed.
