My suggestion is to contact Discord as soon as possible and try recovering your account, they are very helpful with recovering account

Yeah the dick that got my account told me to change my email basically dump move on my part

I fell for that crap too, doesn't help they got me during a very stressful day of my job that I didn't see the shady lure before it was too late.

I hear ya, even when I get random dms or friend requests from shady accounts on Discord I don't reply or accept them. Discord is way too compromised these days.
