So I've been collapsing/fainting. Thankfully I was not alone when it happened, and also managed to avoid hitting my head on the way down.
After having an EKG, the doctor discovered I have bradycardia - a slower than normal heartbeat. This is causing me a lot of exhaustion, dizzyness and no matter how much I sleep, it doesn't go away.

I'm also having seizure-like symptoms. I would not have known this if my partner had not been there to witness it. I'd go into more details, but it bothers me a bit too much honestly... I'm just glad I wasn't alone..
The seizure-like episodes are called "vasovagal syncope", as I understand it from the doctor. Feel free to look that up if you want to know more details.

Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know what is happening. About to leave for another doctor appointment now, to discuss the results of my bloodwork & hopefully treatment options..
