I'm pretty sure most of the goat characters I know of have been suggested. I saw one for Sybil from Pseudoregalia, and she is a bit of a hybrid so its hard to tell, yeah. However, the little goatlings from the same game are absolutely adorable.

I guess, as a sheep fan, a quick note on recognition: the easiest way to tell goats and sheep apart is that sheep tails go down (and can be long) while goat ones go up (though cartoons do often get this wrong). Spread the word that rams aren't goats!

Oh, suddenly remembered all the webcomics I read and thought of 4 LGBT+ ones with goats! From longest to shortest:
- In Alfie, the titular character's mother gets a goat for travelling, though he's mostly a background character who exists to disapprove of any humanoid existing (SFW page where you can see him https://buttsmithy.com/archives/comic/p-580 )
- Mage & Demon Queen has little helper demons that look like little goat people (you can see them at the end of ep 1 but it's not a good view)
- Ghost Lights (by Fantakoi) is a very weird comic and one of the main characters sort of has a skull-faced goat form (or had a goat form, it's complicated)
- The Recloseted Lesbian just had a 16-part comic that included a goat transformation (this one's a very quick read compared to the others)
