AFTER ALL THIS BS i went to my final court hearing against my mother and i with a no contact order (dropped from a OP..which was a gross misuse of that in our case >:I) and well...the other party didnt show up this time! I got to issue our own order of protection (OP) against the other person for the maximum of 3 years!! Now id like to find someone to sue this person cuz i have a SOLID case and some money after all this would be very nice. Even if it all goes to a lawyer ill be happy, justice will be served!
