I have a conundrum

A long time ago I advertised an old 15 page porn comic I sketched up as a YCH offer, because it contained a character belonging to an abusive ex but I put a lot of effort into it I wanted to repurpose it for someone else. I had an offer for it, but the person who made the offer disappeared and never paid for it.
The comic is technically unfinished, but I figured someone could choose how it would end.
It's a femdom comic with a nervous guy having masturbation troubles.
My conundrum is, I still want to sell it as a YCH, but I don't want to feature the old art of the original characters. But adjusting 15 pages to YCH-ify is a shit ton of work, and I don't want to do all that work if no one is going to be interested. It's been so hard to sell YCHs and commissions in general lately, to think anyone could afford a 15+ page comic feels like wishful thinking.
I could offer payment plans of course, and that might be more likely to sell, but finding anyone interested right now sounds like an impossible task.
I don't need to rush this or get it all done ASAP, I can do an occasional page re-sketch every here and there, but I still don't know if all that work is worth it.
Another idea is to break it down into self contained sections so it's not one huge comic I'm selling but a couple pages instead, but I'm not sure how well that would work out.

I think getting your money's worth from it would work, so perhaps feel around if anyone is interested. If you find some are, then I think a payment plan would be best as it makes it more affordable.
