Help Needed - Life, Rent, and Everything

Still need help, as time keeps passing and bills keep coming. Phone bill, Car Insurance, and rent are needed, bringing my current balance due up to $1,305. Being 3 months behind on several bills has made things terrible to deal with. I'm recovering, and I've been working on art, but I still need help due to how quickly I need to get the funds together.
