A bit of desperate plea. Anyone in the Vancouver Tri Citi...

Hello Folks!
As always , I think I had mentioned this before. I do not ask for this kind of help unless I'm in a sort of dire situation. Yes, I'm a bit of a proud person who tries his best to try to resolve things by himself.
Alas, things have not going well.
The issue: Been trying to find a tech job since the company I used to work for, bankrupted and the one of the co founders tried to use the assets of the company to initiate a personal project unknown to the others. Suffice to say. I have been applying like crazy in every jobboard, group, etc.. with nothing concrete but a few empty interviews.
I have been working as a Catering (for movie studios) delivery/preparer guy. But they sadly started to reduce hours back again and therefore it means I am again getting paid less.
And on the artwork side, despite having some very kind individual who helped me quite a bit on last month. My slow output and the horrible AI bullshittery makes using ART also a no go.
Photography (which I also used to do ) Is also a no go as it was hit the hardest with the AI bullshit.
Been using my super old gas guzzler car to deliver some UberEats and similar. But the pay is so unreliable and variable. And sometimes borderline ridiculous (Like getting paid 5 CAD to deliver something 15 km away in some hard as hell to reach apartment tower)
The Plea:
Since it is obvious that it will be extremely hard to enter any IT job with no recommendation or tip.
I'm wondering if any of the persons who watch me has any tip, recommendation or reference I could use to get started?
For example, even when trying to get a job for something that sounds as simple as a delivery driver for Amazon. It is pretty hard and almost always is prioritized internal groups or referenced.
To resume, if anyone has any contacts, references, etc.. I can use to push for an IT job, please let me know.
My set of skills are more of the Customer Support side.
Experience in Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kayako, HubSpot and other support ticketing centers.
HubSpot, HTML, CSS, a bit of Java, some DEVOPS training for AWS, Jenknigs. Classic apps such as gSuite ( as app admin), Slack, Harvest, Asana, MS Office, Windows, etc..
TCP/IP, DNS, etc.. Firewall and appliance config/management,..etc..
Currently own a CompTIA A+
