Would anyone actually pay for writing commissions?

Just want to gauge interest. I don't know if anyone who follows me would actually want something like that, but it's one of my few marketable skills, so why not try to get some money on the side right?
I have to be honest, I'm in a bit if a financial bind atm with my car, so that's part if my motivation for doing this, but I don't want anyone to treat me like a charity case. I'm willing to work for pay, provided anyone is interested.
