Life news (not good)
Yesterday my Mother got her MRI results which was going to inspect the condition of her spine that has been fusing. We discovered she has a collapsed lung.
The issue is after we checked her symptoms because this was so out of the blue it’s probably been there for years now. It’s concerning because she’s had multiple appointments before now and the fact somehow doctors haven’t acknowledged this is infuriating.
I’m personally unsure how to feel as I don’t feel too bothered as my mother looks and sounds ok but I’m also enraged from the failure of our doctors (and this isn’t the first time either).
Now I’m concerned about what to do next. But I may not be 100% in the best mood I plan to also do whatever I can like financially assist because we have no clue what her options are yet if her lung is even fixable or has to be replaced.

But keyword usually, I don't know about all circumstances but all I've seen so far have been very quick and sudden, often side effects of pneumonia (like for my dad about a year and change ago).
But insurance stuff can be a bitch. Even with my good healthcare plan, I was waiting for the hospital to correctly file with my insurance to ensure I wouldn't have to pay out the nose, and that was for appendicitis I had in March, a very much emergency surgery that cannot be put off.
