I was really tired of these blockings, so i rent a proxy server. It costs 5$/month for me, maybe there are cheaper ones, so it's finally no slow vpn for me and no dances with tambourine. Discord, FA, ficbook and others work just fine

Я использую Amnezia, там надо скачать приложение, ссылки есть ниже на сайте. Советуют Германию выбирать, мол, пинг быстрее, но есть и другие страны. Настройка - вставить Ip и пароль, все.
Вроде есть и другие сервера кроме инферно, если поискать, может будет дешевле.

So i guess some chances are still there
