Been thinking a lot about the seaslug drakes I made about a week ago, so thought I'd drop in some thoughts I've had about em! This is mostly for anyone who owns one.

I guess??? I'd label it an official species of mine, so feel free to make one of your own if you want...closed species are dumb HAVE FUN

- The design is based off of primarily nudibranches!! They're quite colorful and I like to think their tendrils are poisonous
- Nearly incapable of actually swimming correctly for a while, their weight wouldn't allow it for long. Instead they traverse the sea floor or stay in shallow waters
- They need to keep their skin (and scales) moist, so water is a must. Some can develop a coating over their skin (like slime) in order to help preserve it longer outside the water
- Vibrance of the colors and their physical features typically reflects the regions they arose from! Duller, darker colored drakes are found in deeper waters, while vibrant ones are found in tropics. Deep sea variants may have features like glowing patterns but lack the poison, for example :3
